Our successes in 2024

Together against plastic pollution

By 2024, we will have reached important milestones in the fight against plastic pollution. Through powerful campaigns, stricter regulations and innovative research, we worked hard to turn off the plastic tap. Our awareness campaigns reached millions of people worldwide and inspired action. With partners, we developed solutions to tackle pollution at its source. Thanks to joint efforts, we are taking steps toward a world without plastic. Together, we are creating systemic change!

30.04.2024 - We are proud of the commercial “Life is Plastic,” produced and donated by Fledge. Created entirely with AI, the video tells our story in one minute; plastic is a petroleum product we are used to in our lives. Unfortunately increasingly a risk to our health. Right down to our birth.

Plastic Footprint Pilot by EA & PSF: new method for a plastic pollution index

01.11.2024 - With this pilot project, in collaboration with a.s.r. and Earth Action, we have come up with a smart way to measure how much plastic pollution companies cause through investments and what this does to our health. We looked at 31 companies and learned how their money affects plastic in nature and our health. This is a good first step to help change investments and policy. In the coming years, we will further expand the Plastic Footprint. Want to stay informed? Subscribe to our newsletter!
